This guy, is the Man. He helped us buy our first after much dislikes and qualifications we found the perfect place for us, 6 years later he helped us sell and made almost 3x what we paid. He's honest, upfront and will tell you what needs to get done in order to sell for what you want. I highly recommend Danny Balanon.

Danny did an excellent job in helping us sell our house. We listened to his advice on how to get our house ready for sale and because of this we were able to get on offer in less than 3 days. In fact the first couple who saw our home were the ones who made on offer. Their offer was in line with what we wanted for our house. I will and have recommended Danny to other people interesting in selling their homes. Thanks Danny!
